Food Project needed to standardize their IT infrastructure to improve efficiency by integrating disparate servers and applications, with the goal of reducing unnecessary complexity in their business operations. The company needed the new infrastructure to have the capability to support a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that would improve supply chain management and purchasing and inventory control.
